There I experienced selling in one of the top 3 hardest hit communities nationwide in the real estate crash, surviving by embracing short sales and foreclosures. I learned a lot about communicating with clients, negotiating to keep the deals moving forward, how to keep clients from getting frustrated with the process and what it takes to be a good Realtor.
I’ve since moved back to my home town of Kansas City, became licensed in both Missouri & Kansas and embraced my network of friends & family. I can attribute 95% of my home sales to referrals from my network, which makes me a trusted household name.
